OUR COMMITMENT TO THE ENVIROMENT

At ‘SKIP IT 4 U’ we are committed to disposing of your rubbish responsibly. We are registered with the Environment Agency as an upper tier waste carrier to take away your waste LEGALLY.

There are now very strict legal guidelines when disposing of waste, it is not just the waste carrier that gets prosecuted if items are not disposed of properly.  As the source of the waste, you can also encounter legal prosecution.  You will be glad to know that we have a Waste Carriers Licence as an upper tier carrier issued by the Environment Agency, our team will be happy to show you our licence. This means that we can remove most types of rubbish that a house or office would produce including items like fridges, freezers and computers and dispose of them responsibly.

We don’t like sending rubbish to land fill at ‘SKIP IT 4 U’. Once your waste has been collected, we separate items such as wood, metal and electrical items. These are then taken to dedicated recycling centres. Mixed general waste that can’t be separated easily is taken to a commercial waste transfer station for recycling and waste to energy incineration.
